This hotel exceeded my expectations! The friendly staff provided excellent recommendations on local activities and cuisine. The location is tranquil with beautiful surroundings, including mountain views, and the sounds of nature were soothing. Additionally, the room was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities.

We had a lovely stay with beautiful views of the mountains from our room and were awaken by bird song each morning. the room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed and a separate seating area with TV and minibar. the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs during our stay. the restaurant served acceptable food although it closed on certain days.
There were occasional issues regarding noise levels, which made it difficult to sleep in complete silence.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! The decorations were on point, creating a cozy atmosphere that really put us in the holiday spirit. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to hiking trails. We loved the spa treatments offered, which made our stay even more relaxing.
The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing. , the room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

The fireworks display was impressive and the view of the city was quite nice from the hotel. the staff did their best to handle the crowds on New Year's Eve, giving everyone a glass of champagne upon arrival and counting down the minutes until midnight.
The hotel seemed unprepared for the large crowds on New Year's Eve, with long lines at check-in and a lack of organization during the festivities. the food was subpar, especially given the high prices, and the bar was understaffed, resulting in long waits for drinks.
